Once you take delivery of your vehicle, you're seamlessly enrolled in our 3-year complimentary 24/7 Roadside Assistance program. In the rare event your travel plans take an unexpected turn, Roadside Assistance will provide timely tire changes or transportation to the nearest Genesis dealership or authorized service facility. Should your repair detain you overnight, Roadside Assistance will reimburse you for your expenses.
The Genesis 24/7 Enhanced Roadside Assistance Program provides select services remotely, at the vehicle's location, or can coordinate a rental vehicle with the assistance of specialized concierge agents. Here's how it works:
- Sophisticated telematics allow Genesis Connected Services or a phone call to Concierge to use remote diagnostics to help determine operational issues, if present
- If required, a Genesis Roadside Concierge is dispatched to vehicle location to resolve select issues on-site such as flat tires, dead batteries, lock-out services and more
- If required, a complimentary Genesis service rental vehicle is dropped off for owners to use while their vehicle is repaired at a Genesis brand retailer
24/7 Genesis Enhanced Roadside Assistance also includes enhanced vehicle towing and trip interruption services. "Enhanced" means:
- Genesis Roadside Assistance will tow the vehicle to owner's preferred Retailer within a 50-mile radius, even for non-warranty-related tows, such as accidents
- Flatbed towing will be used where permissible
- If a warrantable mechanical disablement occurs more than 150 miles from the owner's home, Genesis will reimburse owners for up to $200 in reasonable expenses (meals, lodging and transportation) per day, for up to five days
